Main Features
Thanks to its high clearance frame (58 cm ground clearance), the Demeter is able to perform excellent work even in the presence of abundant residue.
Technical specifications
Its main frame 100x 100 x 6.3, made from FORTERIOR 500 steel, is built around an innovatively designed tough top linkage frame made from High Elastic Limit S700 steel. Built with 4 beams 4 of 60 x 60 x 4, the Demeter is equipped with 40 vibrating tines 70 x 12mm and is able to be fitted with duck feet hoe tines as an option for broadleaved weed destruction.
This type of tine enables shallow stubble cultivation (up to 15cm) with the easy penetration that vibrating tines are capable of. Furthermore the vibrations and the large under beam clearance ensure good mixing of crop residues, and well fractured soil and clods.
Fitted with the Z roller as standard, this implement can be equipped with an angle iron crumbler rollers U, V, T, and the Lamflex roller, or a double notched roller, a following harrow Ø13 mm, a hydraulic front levelling board (with an elongated frame), depth wheels Ø650 and a small seed broadcasting unit.

Utilisation
The spring-tines cultivator DEMETER is ideal for superficial stubble cultivation, for sed beed preparation and weed control. Blockage-free working through the high distance of 640 mm between the tine sections and the high frame ground clearance of 580 mm. Optional trailed usage through mounting a drawbar and a rear chassis. Recommended working speed: 9-13 km/h
